Returning a Product in Three Easy Steps
When an order qualifies for COSnet return policy, a Return button appears in your Order History.
Submit a return in 3 steps:
- Select product(s) & quantity
- Choose your return reason
- Confirm your contact details
You’ll receive updates as the return progresses, and credits are processed quickly once approved.
