How do I access the BTS Assistant?

When you log in to COSnet, choose Back to School Assistant from the available options. This takes you into the area where you can build customised School Packs and place bulk orders in advance. If you only need to purchase individual school items during the year, Everyday School Ordering may be the better option. If you are preparing Back to School bulk orders, use Back to School Assistant.
