How do I recall an order waiting for approval?

To recall an order that’s currently waiting for approval, follow these steps:

1. Go to Orders Waiting for Approval.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Recall Order.

3. Enter the reason for recalling the order, then click Recall again to confirm.

4. The order will be returned to your shopping cart.

5. Log out of your account, then log back in to see the items in your cart.

6. You can then delete the cart or make changes to your order and proceed through checkout again.
