# How do I use the Back to School (BTS) Assistant?
The Back to School Assistant (BTS) is designed to be simple and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use.
When you first log in to COSnet using your exisitng credentials, you’ll see the prompt: *“Where would you like to go today?”* You’ll have two options:
- **Everyday School Ordering** – Purchase individual items at standard prices with fast, on-demand delivery available throughout the year.
- **Back to School Ordering** – Create customised School Packs and place bulk orders in advance, making it easy to get everything ready for the new school year.
Simply select the option that suits your needs, and the Assistant will guide you through the process step by step.
