How do I view my Order History and how far back can I access it?

You can access your Order History by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your COSnet account using your login credentials 
  2. Navigate to My COSnet in the top right corner
  3. Select My Orders from the dropdown menu
  4. Click on Order History to view your past orders from up to 6 months ago
 Alternatively, you can go directly to: https://www.cos.net.au/ordertracking

From here, you can also:

  • Check which orders are Awaiting Approval
  • View what was ordered under Current Orders
  • Place a reorder (using the Repeat Order tab)
  • Review full order details
