How to Schedule a Repeat Order or Reorder?
To schedule a repeat order or reorder, follow the steps below:
1. Log into the COSnet website using your username and password
2.Click on 'My COSnet' drop down menu, then click on 'My Orders'
3. In 'My Orders' you will see 3 tabs under the main menu bar.
4. Choose the 'Repeat Order' tab or the 'Order History' tab
5. You can search for the specific order by using the order number or you can scroll through your order history
6. Select the specific order to view the order history and details
7. On this page, you will need to scroll to the bottom and click on the 'Re-order all products' button or you can choose specific products to reorder
8. You can see your product/s will be automatically added to your cart. From here you can continue the checkout process.
