# I’m having trouble going past the screen while placing an order on Parent Portal.
If you are having trouble going past the screen or if your screen is freezing while placing an order on Parent Portal, here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
- **Check Internet Connection:** Ensure you have a stable and active internet/wi-fi connection, as it can prevent pages from loading fully.
