# There's a product missing from my school/child pack list.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. If a product is missing from your school or child pack, it may be due to unforeseen delays in supplier shipments.
COS will notify you via email regarding the missing item. As soon as the item is back in stock, we will promptly ship it directly to you.
