What are the cut off times for ordering my child's pack?
COS want to help ensure you get your pack prior to school starting in 2026 (subject to the date your order is placed). There has been some delays experienced in standard delivery times and we encourage you to place your order as soon as practical to avoid any additional stress prior to the school year! Please refer to our delivery guide as a reference:
Delivery Promise based on Order Date
Ordered before 8th Dec 2025 = Will be dispatched to your home by 24th December
Ordered before 5th Jan 2026 = Will be dispatched to your home prior to commencement of Term 1, 2026
Ordered after 5th Jan 2026 = No guarantee before school
