What are your delivery fees and charges?

In response to ongoing global fuel price pressures, and to maintain our free delivery offering whilst sustainable our Net Zero operations model, the following adjustments to minimum orders values and small delivery handlings fees will take effect from 1 May 2026.

For Government, Health (Public), and Education (Denominational) customers, orders less than our $100 minimum, will incur a $12.50 delivery fee

For all other customers, minimum order valued apply by delivery region:

  • For metropolitan deliveries, order less than $90 will incur a $9 fee 
  • For regional deliveries, order less than $115 will incur a $15 fee 
  • For remote deliveries, order less than $165 will incur a $23 fee 

Additionally, to support these changes, our minimum order value will increase to $25.
