What does Finalised mean?

Finalised means the pack has been processed and is no longer modifiable. Finalised packs appear in the Finalised tab and cannot be edited. Before finalising a pack, check the products, quantities, subject categories, levies, pricing, and parent view in the test environment. If an issue is found after finalisation, contact your COS representative for assistance.
