# What file formats can I upload for a Parent Portal Pack?
You can upload a PDF, Word, or Excel file when creating a Parent Portal Pack. For best results, the uploaded file should contain one order only. Files with multiple orders may not process correctly.
If you have several year levels or pack lists, it is better to separate them into individual files before uploading. This helps reduce the chance of product matching issues or products being assigned to the wrong pack.
