What is a Parent Portal Pack?

A Parent Portal Pack is a pack that your school creates and manages for parents through the COS Parent Portal. It usually includes the products students need for a year level, class, subject, or group. A pack can also include subject categories and levies, depending on how your school wants to structure the parent ordering experience. Parent Portal Packs are prepared by the school before they are made available to parents. Once the packs have been reviewed, submitted, and finalised, parents can access them through the COS Parent Portal and place their orders.
