What should I do if my CSV upload fails?

CSV upload is supported using the provided CSV template, but detailed validation rules for failed CSV uploads are not covered in the guide. If your CSV upload fails, check that you used the correct template, that product codes are entered correctly, and that quantities are included. Also check that the file was saved as CSV and not another spreadsheet format. If the issue continues, contact your COS representative.
