# While placing an order for diaries I can’t see the 5% discount being applied. How should I proceed?
This 5% discount code is valid for everyone and should apply automatically to all of our standard diaries and planners.
Here are some steps on how you can proceed:
- **Check Your Cart**: Make sure that the 5% discount has been applied to your cart. If it's not showing up, double-check the cart summary before proceeding to checkout.
- **Verify Eligibility**: Make sure the diaries and planners in your cart qualify for the 5% discount. Some promotions might be limited to specific products or quantities.
- **Refresh or Revisit**: If the discount doesn’t appear, try clearing your browser’s cache or revisit COSnet later. This can help resolve any technical issues.
