Why am I being shown alternative products?

Alternative products appear when the system finds more than one possible match for an item in your uploaded file. This gives you the chance to choose the product that best fits your school’s requirements. For example, two products may look similar but have different pack sizes, brands, or prices. Reviewing alternatives before creating the pack helps reduce mistakes and gives your school more control over what ends up in the final School Pack.
