# Why can’t I click the Finalise All Quotes button?
The Finalise All Quotes button may not work if the pack statuses are not in the required state. The School Pack workflow requires pack statuses to be In Progress before this button can function.
If the button is unavailable, check the status of each pack first. Update or open packs as needed, then try again once the statuses are ready.
