# Why can't parents see my pack?
If parents cannot see a pack, first check whether the pack has been tested, submitted, and finalised. Finalised packs are the packs that have been published and are live in the COS Parent Portal.
Also check that the correct pack was published for the correct year level or group. If the pack is still in Draft, In Progress, Assigned, or Back for Review, it may not be available to parents yet. If the pack appears finalised but parents still cannot see it, contact your COS representative.
