# Why did my CSV upload fail?
CSV upload may fail if the wrong template is used, product codes are incorrect, quantities are missing, or the file is not saved correctly.
Check the template, product codes, quantities, and file format before trying again. If the issue continues, contact COS with the CSV file details.
