Why do BTS orders require a minimum four-week processing time?

BTS orders require advance processing time to allow sufficient time to review the order, confirm product availability, source any required items, prepare and pack the products, and complete the necessary quality checks.

To help ensure your order is ready when needed, we recommend planning your Back to School order early and avoiding last-minute checkout. If your school has a time-sensitive requirement, please contact your COS representative before completing checkout to discuss your requirements.
