Why does my invoice say COS and not my child's school name?
As COS is the chosen supplier for your school's Back to School Packs/Child Packs, it will be listed on the invoice as the designated provider. When you purchase these BTS packs, COS handles the processing, billing, the distribution and fulfilment of these packs on behalf of the school.
