Can I choose a delivery time?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to choose a specific delivery time for orders. However, you can select a preferred delivery day during the checkout process and if you can't, you can get in touch with your Account Manager. Most of our deliveries arrive between 8am – 5pm, Monday-Friday.

If you're unavailable on the chosen delivery day, please contact one of our Customer Service agents via email on customerservice@cos.net.au or call us on 1300 88 22 44 (Mon – Fri 8:30am – 8pm AEDT). Depending on availability and circumstances, we may be able to reschedule your delivery for a more suitable time. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your needs, and we'll do our best to assist you.
