For privacy reasons we are unable to transfer individual user preferences on COSnet. It’s easy to set up a new favourites list. Follow these steps to get started:
- Simply log in to COSnet and head to 'My COSnet'
- Select 'My Favourites' option
- Enter a favourite name and click on the (+) button to start saving
