How can I add, delete or change my approver?

Yes, you can add, delete or change approvers on COSnet. Depending on your COSNET User Access settings, this may be actioned by yourself via the MY ADMIN tab or you will be required to contact your COSNET System Administrator to action this request. To create or amend approvers Super Users / Admin need to follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on “My Admin” and then Click on “Account Admin”.
  2. To add a new approver, click on “+ New User” under the “User Management” Section.
  3. Fill in all the required information (keep in mind to fill in any field with a red asterisk (*) as it is mandatory). 
  4. Select desired Approval level to activate the COSNET Administrator Setup section, to define approval value.
  5. Fill in the appropriate values in this field. Once all required fields are filled-in, click “Save” .
  6. If you want to add a new user then click “Save & New” instead.
  7. Once the approver is set up, they can be assigned to any user or group of users.
  8. Select the desired users in “User Management” and click on the “Link New Approver” Tab.
  9. To change approvers, click on the desired approver and on “Linked Users”.
  10. To select a new approver click on the checkbox and then click on “Change Authoriser To”.
