Yes, you can see a list of standard diaries that you purchased/bought last year. COS provides a quick and easy way to locate last year's purchased diaries. Follow these simple steps:
- Sign in to COSnet
- Navigate to the Diaries and Planners category
- On the top, click the Diary Assistant Banner
- There, you can easily see how many and which diaries you purchased last year
Custom Branded Diaries are ordered as special, it's best to first check your internal records for any COS invoices or purchase orders related to custom-branded diaries. Alternatively, you can contact your Account Manager for information on previous orders.
