I was told that my order will be delivered to the school. How does the school know who the child pack is for?
If you’ve arranged for your child’s school pack to be delivered directly to their school, COS will provide the school with a detailed list of students whose packs have been paid for.
Once you complete the checkout process and make the payment for your order, your child’s name will be added to this list. This ensures that the school is informed of all paid orders and can manage the distribution of the child/school packs accordingly.
