How to use COSnet Order Receipting? 

Order Receipting is a feature designed for customers who need their staff to confirm the receipt of orders. This process helps the accounts department validate payments accurately.

To use the COSnet order receipting tool, follow the steps below: 

  1. Ensure your account has the required permissions to access the Order Receipting feature.

  2. Once access is granted, click MY COSNET and navigate to the Receipt Orders tab.

  3. Orders that require receipting will appear in a grid format.

  4. Select the order you want to action/receipt. The order details will appear on the right side of the page.

    Note:

    • If the Receipt Order button is not visible, double-click the order number and then click Receipt Order.

    • If the issue persists, log out and log back in, as it may be a temporary system glitch.

  5. Once the above is complete, confirm the quantity received in the provided boxes.

  6. Lastly, click Receipt Order button to acknowledge delivery and complete the process.
