I am unable to sign in/login to my Parent Portal account

A pack list from COS, including your login details, has been provided to your school. If you're having difficulty signing in to the Parent Portal, please verify the username and password given by your school. Then, follow these steps:

  • Check Credentials: Ensure you're using the correct username and password. Double-check for typos or case sensitivity.

  • Browser Issues: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or try logging in using a different browser or device.

  • Account Status: Verify that your account is active and hasn’t been locked or deactivated. Contact your school if you suspect an issue with your account status.
