I received a faulty product, what can I do?

If you have received a faulty product, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our policy on replacing faulty products is based on verifying the following: 

  • Images or videos displaying the damage or fault on the faulty product(s)
  • If the product falls within the 14-day return window
  • If the product is not of acceptable quality
