My product is missing a part?

We’re sorry to hear that a part of your order is missing! Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check the Packaging: Sometimes smaller parts can be hidden within the packaging materials. Carefully inspect all boxes and packing materials to ensure nothing was overlooked.

  2. Review Your Order: Confirm that the part you’re missing matches what was listed in your order details.

  3. Contact Us: If you’ve confirmed that a part is indeed missing, please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@cos.net.au or call on 1300 88 22 44 (Mon – Fri 8:30am – 8pm AEDT). Provide them with your order number and details about the missing part to help expedite the resolution.

  4. Replacement Process: Once we verify the missing part, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
