My total isn’t reflecting the promo discount I should receive. Who can I speak to?

If your total is not displaying the discounted amount on COSnet, please follow these steps: 

  • Check Discount/Promo Code Eligibility: Ensure that the discount/promo code you are using is valid and applicable to the item in your cart. 
  • Review Cart Items: Double check the items in your cart to ensure they meet the discount/promo code criteria. Some discounts may exclude certain products or categories. 
  • Clear Cache/Cookies: Occasionally browsers can interfere with promo code application. Try to clear up your browsers, cache and cookies to see if the code and discount applies correctly. 
  • Update Browser: Make sure your web browser is up to date. As an outdated browser can sometimes cause compatibility issues.
  • Terms and Conditions: Refer to the terms and conditions that are associated to the promo code. Certain codes may have restrictions such as minimum purchase order spend, specific product exclusions, delivery limitations or just limited to one-time usage.
