What is my COS Order Number and where can I find it?

Your COS order number is a unique 8 digit number that is generated when you place an order.

You can locate your COS order number from any of these:

  • Can be located in your confirmation email 
  • Sign into COSNET, go to MY ORDERS tab and then click ORDER HISTORY
  • In Order History, download the docket/invoice and locate the order number 
    on the top right corner under the barcode
