Am I able to access a copy of my invoice?

Yes, you can view invoices for the last 6 months on COSnet. If you can’t find your invoice elsewhere, check your email inbox (including spam or junk folders) for these confirmations. They usually contain links or attachments allowing you to view, download, or print your invoice directly from the email. If you’re unable to locate your invoices, encounter any difficulties in accessing, or if you need to view older invoices please contact one of our friendly Customer Service agents via email on customerservice@cos.net.au or call us on 1300 88 22 44 (Mon – Fri 8:30am – 8pm AEDT) who will be more than happy to assist.
