Can I change my login username?

Yes you can change your login username on COSnet. Depending on your COSNET User Access settings, this may be actioned by yourself via the ACCOUNT ADMIN. 

  • Log into your COSnet account
  • Click on the ACCOUNT ADMIN tab on the top right side 
  • Choose the USER MANAGEMENT tab 
  • Click onto the User Name you wish to change 
  • After making changes, click on save

If you can not action this, you will be required to contact your COSNET System Administrator to action this request.
