Yes you can change your login username on COSnet. Depending on your COSNET User Access settings, this may be actioned by yourself via the ACCOUNT ADMIN.
- Log into your COSnet account
- Click on the ACCOUNT ADMIN tab on the top right side
- Choose the USER MANAGEMENT tab
- Click onto the User Name you wish to change
- After making changes, click on save
