How can I reset my password?

To reset/change your password, please follow the below steps:

Before Sign-in

1.  

   Prior to logging on, if you have forgotten your password, click the Sign In button and then the 'Forgot Password' hyperlink.

2.  

   You will be redirected to the Forgot Password page, where you can enter your email address and select Submit.

3.  

   A confirmation message will appear, and a reset password email will be sent.

4.  

   Clicking the 'reset now' button in the email will direct to the Confirm Password page, where a new password can be entered and updated. Ensure the new password meets the listed requirements.

5. You will then be prompted to log-in with your new password.

After sign-in

1. Click the My COSnet button and then 'My Account' from the menu.

2. You will be taken to the 'My Account' Page. Click on the Update Password button.

3. In the Change Password pop-up, enter your current password and new password.

4. Ensure the new password meets the listed requirements.

5. Then click submit.
