How do I access my pack?

Depending on the status of your pack, it can be retrieved these 2 ways.

1. If your pack has not been finalised, you can find it on the Summary page using the Pack ID or Pack Name.

2. If your pack has been finalised, it will be located under the Finalised Packs tab on the Summary page. Once a pack has been finalised, it can no longer be modified. Please contact your representative for assistance if changes are required. 

3. If you cannot find your Pack ID or Pack Name, please contact your representative for further assistance.
