How do I add products to single or multiple BTS orders?

The Back to School Assistant (BTS) makes it simple to add products to your school orders, whether you’re building one order at a time or updating several at once.

To add a product to a single order, click the light blue trolley icon. A pop-up will confirm the product has been added and show which order it’s linked to.
To add a product to multiple orders, click the dark blue trolley icon. A pop-up will display a list of all your BTS orders to choose from.

Understanding the Quantity Columns:

Quantity 2025/2026 – Enter the amount you want to add to your order(s).
Current Quantity – Displays how many of that product are already in your order(s).
Quantity 2024/2025 – Shows how many you ordered last season (if using preloaded orders as a base).
