How do I add the free tote bag if I forgot to include it in a pack?

You can add the free tote bag by updating the pack through the Actions menu. Select the pack, choose Edit Pack Information, and add the tote bag before the pack is finalised. If the pack has already been finalised, you will not be able to make this change.
