How to create a pack manually?

To create a pack manually, click the Create Pack Manually button. A pop-up window will appear where you'll need to complete the following fields:

1. Pack Name (Mandatory field)
   Enter a name for your pack.
2. Number of Students (Mandatory field)
   Enter the expected number of students in the class or year level.
3. Class/Year (Optional)
   Enter the relevant class name or year level.
4. Drawstring Bag (Mandatory field)
   Select whether you would like COS to pack the items in a drawstring bag.
5. Pack Note (Optional)
   Add any information you'd like parents to see in the Parent Portal, such as instructions or important details about the pack.
6. Create Your Pack
   Once all required fields have been completed, click Add to create your pack.
