How to create a pack via upload function?

If your school is using School Pack Ordering for the first time, you'll be guided through setting up your first School or Parent Pack. You can either upload your pack information or create your pack manually using the Pack Builder.

Creating a pack via upload is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Upload Your Order

Upload your order in PDF, Word, or Excel format.

Tip: For the best results, ensure your file contains one order only, as files containing multiple orders may not process correctly.

Step 2: Review Product Matches

We'll automatically analyse your order and match products where possible. For any items that require review, you'll be presented with suitable alternative options to choose from.

Step 3: Select Your Preferred Products

Review each product and select the option that best suits your requirements.

To speed up the process, you can also use:

• Best Match: Automatically selects the closest available products based on your original order.
• Best Value: Automatically selects products that provide the best overall value for your pack.

Step 4: Monitor Your Pack Total

As you make your selections, your pack total will update in real time, helping you compare options and stay within budget. Totals are also displayed when using the Best Match or Best Value options.

Step 5: Create Your Pack

Once you're satisfied with your selections, click Create Pack to finalise and generate your pack.

Good to Know

Your pack can be edited at any time after creation, giving you the flexibility to update products, quantities, or other details whenever needed.
