How to Raise a Credit Online?

To raise a credit request for returning your order, follow the steps below:

1. Once you have completed the return process part, you will be directed to the credit process page

2. Under the 'Return Quantity', input the amount you would like to return and press 'Next'

3. From the drop down menu, choose a reason for your credit and click 'Next'

4. Check your contact details are correct and up to date and click 'Submit'

5. Once your return is submitted, your request will be forwarded to the credit specialist to confirm and initiate the return and credit process
