How to return a product/order online?

To raise a return on your order through COSnet, follow the below steps: 

1. Log into COSnet using your email and password

2. Go to 'My COSnet' in the top right corner 

3. Click on 'My Orders' from the drop down menu

4. On this page select 'Order History' and scroll down to select the product/s you want to return

5. Alternatively, you can search using your 'Order Number' or 'Reference' 

6. Choose the product you want to return and click on the blue 'Return' button

7. Once clicking on 'Return' you will be taken to the credit process page
