How to Sign in to COSnet using a One Time Password (OTP)? 

To Sign in to COSnet using a One Time Password (OTP), please follow the below steps: 

  1. Upon logging into COSnet as a new user, you will need to verify using a One Time Password.

  2. This can be done via the verification banner that will appear at the top of all pages except your Shopping Cart, until verification is completed. 

    * If you sign in via the Single Sign On method or your system is integrated with COSnet, you are automatically verified.

  3. Click the Email OTP button on the verification banner.

  4. The banner will change to show a field to enter your OTP.

  5. Your OTP will be sent via email. Please copy the code, input it into the field and click the Verify Code button. The time limit is 5 mins.

    a.  If the code expires, the banner will change to allow you to resend the code

    b. If the code entered is incorrect, you will receive an error message.

  6. After verifying the code, you will receive a success message, and the verification banner will disappear immediately.
