How to sign up/register on COSnet for SME users?

To signup or register on COSnet as an SME user, follow the below steps: 

1. To register/sign up, click Register or Create Account, or visit:
   https://www.cos.net.au/registration

2. Under your profile, enter your email address (no password is required at this stage).

   a. If the email already exists, an error message will prompt you to log in using that email.

   b. If your organisation exists (identified by the email domain) but your email is not in the database, you will be prompted to contact COS on phone number 1300 882 244 or email customerservice@cos.net.au

3. Under 'Business Information', enter your business details, including:

   • Company name

   • Number of people you purchase supplies for

   • Phone number

   Note: Ensure the phone number is accurate, as it is required to process orders.

4. In the final step, Start Shopping, select your preferred product categories (there is no limit).

   a. After logging in, you will be directed to the SME landing page where your selected categories will appear.

   b. These categories will also be pre-filled in your Progressive Profiling section, where they can be edited at any time.

5. Once the above is done, click Create Account to complete the process. You will be logged in automatically.

6. As no password is set during registration, you can log in using OTP (one-time password). Alternatively, you may create a password by navigating to My Account > Change Password, allowing future logins via email and password.
