Order is showing delivered on the website but it hasn't arrived?

We apologise for the inconvenience that your order hasn't arrived. While our website shows it was delivered, we would advice you to follow the below steps: 

1. Ensure to check around your premises as sometimes orders are left in a safe place like behind a plant, fence or with reception. 

2. Use the tracking number provided to you in the email to check your order status. This will allow you to see if there have been any delays in the shipment.

3. Check your mailbox to make sure the courier company hasn't left any collection card, if they didn't find your premises safe to deliver the order. 

4. Check your personal email to make sure you haven't missed an email from the courier company in regards to your order.
