Why am I not receiving delivery dockets/invoices in my order?

COS has taken the environmental initiative to reduce the amount of paper used in our deliveries.

You can get your dockets/invoices online on COSnet or via your confirmation email after you have placed the order.

If you want to view your invoices/dockets, simply follow these steps below:

1.Log into your COSnet account

2.Head to MY ORDERS section under My COSNET

3.Click on “Order History” 

4.Click on Docket/Invoice

5. This will automatically download your invoice

If you can’t find your invoice elsewhere, check your email inbox (including spam or junk folders) for these confirmations. They usually contain links or attachments allowing you to view, download, or print your invoice directly from the email.

If you’re unable to locate your invoices, encounter any difficulties in accessing, or if you need to view older invoices please contact one of our friendly Customer Service agents via email on customerservice@cos.net.au or call us on 1300 88 22 44 (Mon – Fri 8:30am – 8pm AEDT) who will be more than happy to assist.
