Why am I not receiving delivery dockets/invoices in my order?

To reduce paper waste, we no longer include printed invoices or dockets with deliveries. You can access your invoice anytime on COSnet:

1. Log in to COSnet

2. Go to My COSnet → My Orders

3. Open Order History

4. Select Docket/Invoice to download

If you can’t find your invoice elsewhere, check your email inbox (including spam or junk folders) for these confirmations. They usually contain links or attachments allowing you to view, download, or print your invoice directly from the email.
