Why can't I edit a pack?

You may not be able to edit a pack if it has already been finalised. Finalised packs have been processed and are not modifiable. If the pack is not finalised, check whether it is assigned to another user or currently in a review status. If you believe you should be able to edit it but cannot, contact your COS representative or check your user access.
