Which items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns?

COS will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

  • Special Buy-ins
  • Gift cards
  • If the item/s are not in a saleable condition
  • Order is over 14 days

These products can still be returned if they are faulty.
