How does COS process refunds, and what proof of purchase is required?

To ensure your refund is processed smoothly, COS recommends keeping your original invoice as proof of purchase. Please note the following regarding refunds and payment methods: 

  • Your original COS invoice is the best form of proof of purchase
  • Items should be in saleable condition 
  • Order is not over 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash

COS reserves the right to:

  • Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
